SASF functions under the overall guidance and governance of its Board of Trustees and the procedure followed for its decision making process, including various policy guidelines and Delegation of Powers approved by the Board of Trustees. There is a well-defined system in SASF regarding the decision making process. Decisions are taken at various levels by different officials depending upon their positions and also through committee approach.
