The allowances and Perks to the IDBI Bank officers are as under:

The allowances viz. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance, Professional Qualification Pay and City Compensatory Allowance are payable as per applicability and entitlement to all officers of the Bank. The perquisites/facilities to Chief General Managers of the Bank are: Bank's owned Accommodation / Leased Accommodation, Reimbursement of Mobile handset charges, Reimbursement of laptop charges, Car leasing Scheme/Bank's

The perquisites/facilities to General Managers of the Bank are: Bank's owned Accommodation / Leased Accommodation, Reimbursement of Mobile handset charges, Reimbursement of laptop charges, Reimbursement made towards LFC, Medical Expenses, Telephone charges, Group Life Insurance and Group Personal Accidental Insurance.
The perquisites / facilities available to other officers are Bank’s owned accommodation / Leased accommodation, Reimbursement made towards LFC, Medical Expenses, Telephone charges, Reimbursement of Mobile handset charges for Officers in Grade C & above, Group Life Insurance, Group Personal Accidental Insurance, Vehicle Maintenance Expenses to own car for Officers in Grade D & above and Conveyance.
All officers on confirmation in Bank’s service, are eligible for Housing Loan and Clean Overdraft facility and on completion of 183 days from date of joining service are eligible for Festival Advance facility. Officers in Grade B and above on confirmation and Officers in Grade A on completion of 3 years are eligible for loans like Vehicle Loan, Education Loan
