Norms for discharge of functions

Nature of functions/ services offered –
SASF has put in place well-defined internal rules and guidelines for various activities in the form of policy documents, circulars, etc.

Process of redress of grievances –
As the staff is on deputation from IDBI Bank, the grievance redressal procedure as applicable to IDBI Bank is followed. SASF is a unique entity incorporated in the form of a trust settled by President of India. It acts as a recovery arms of GOI taking all possible recovery actions in the loan portfolio acquired from erstwhile IDBI. SASF has put in place well-defined internal rules and guidelines for various activities in the form of policy documents, circulars, etc.
